Justin joined the Crossfade team in 2014 with over 18 years of experience. He got his start as a juggler at Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO. While there, he ran a spotlight which lead to stagehand work which gravitated to running the monitor and lighting console.

Justin has a plethora of experience in lighting, audio, rigging and mobile stages. He enjoys traveling and also having a blank canvas of an empty room to turn into a show.
